Blue.... is it possible u have any eyes left over that u are willing to sell. I hadnt taken much notice of this section before because I didnt think I was up to this stage but would love to try some now. Not sure what size tho. Head is bout 1 1/2 inches high amd about 1inch between outer edge of one eyeball to far corner of the other. Sheesh does that make sense??
I dont care what colour but would prefer blue. And if possible 1 of the size that I need plus one of size either side of that.

Kimmie, if you are just practising, i could use my cane to make you a couple to try. I'm sure the quality is nowhere near as good as the glass ones that Blue has, but they are pretty much free cos there's hardly any clay in them. check with blue about size, I'm thinking about 4mm iris but I could be wrong. Blue?

just a whisper bll.................................. please dont flame me.....but your eyes are just beautiful. but they look kinda shiny, it might just be camera reflection- but have you varnished them? if you have what type of varnish did you use cause some varnish can bubble during re baking. just a thought........... but i do love the blue....... you dont hate me yet> ?

Blardy hell Bll they are fantastic. Way to go , Dam u are soo clever doing that I take it the stand is a board with some big nails hammered thru. Thought about doing that myself for doing a head..... but not got around to it yet. I should cause they get all dirty with me holding them. Figured its not a major yet because they are only practice heads.......... but I know its creating bad habits that I am going to have to train myself out of.

Its just a scrap of wood with some holes drilled in it! the eyes have wire insertions so you can anchor them into the head or cut them off. I think storky's heads-on-sticks idea is a good one.

(yeah yeah I know, twice in one week thats gotta be a record) As long as the eyes bake ok its going to give a wicked twinkle to the people/creatures u put them in. that's what I was going for. I made a quick 'alien' head to bake some in last night. they didn't bubble but I think it melted, and dropped down to the bottom of the eye. looks like tearfilled eyes.

you could give them a quick sand if you have some wet and dry hon would work a treat , or do you have any acetone? would wipe it off fine.
