I'm glad it got to you so soon and safely not sure I had a green blade and i broke it quickly plus idon't think it good for polymerclay not sure if plastic holds up the shapers or blenders i use have rubber tips www.artsupplies.co.nz/store/subcat.asp?scat=bb&cat=brush the small ones i think not sure I can't find pictures right now maybe others use it but personaly I don't use those tools in your link other good tools are metal crochet hooks toothpics pins A scalpel is a good tool just take care gumstimulator tips (hard to find but check your chemist ,somewhere on the forum is what it looks like) for the paint paint one thin layer let dry then paint again don't try to cover all in one go the second layer will stick better dry brushing can tint it lightly

What do the rest of you think would you use those tools or is there any other tools you use that Mell might want to invest in

personally I wouldn't bother with those, I agree with fantail . . . rubber tipped blenders are fantastic . . . the only other tools I use are needles (stuck into a homemade clay handle), blades (scalpels and clay slicers), PASTA MACHINE and a hand roller - I have one designed for lino prints but it really needs to be acrylic - oh and an acrylic block is great for rolling even snakes/ropes. And how could i forget my clay gun with the Vix Special modifications!

many hours hehe epecially since I didnt have a plan of what I was gonna do, and i've never done one before You may not think the face is perfect, but I think it just finishes the off beautifully! Yeah it does look blue, but that's just the photo, it's a darkish purple in real life

Hey Miss Mel, That looks really interesting, and very original. I like the way you made the pattern with beads. It is a bit like the Russian mamoushka dolls with the smaller ones inside crossed with some peruvian/american indian theme. Tails' head fits it beautifully. Karma for both!
