Well done fantail..honestly I was sooo very happy when I saw you had won. Your little witchy girl was BRILLIANT as was the baby dragon, the setting...everything, Perfect.

I feel like the dog that chased the car- once you caught it what do you do
look for the next one I guess
I'm still a bit shocked. She hadn't turned out how I wanted- felt like I needed a few more days or weeks to sort some things out.

Uhoh the difficulty level went from Experienced to Open section. Eeks I still feel like a novice what with trying to figure out this moonie troubles etc

It was such a wonderful theme this year- Magic and Enchantment.

Blue your entry piece was magical with the fairy and her dress draping over the horse.
Hope you were able to help the lady that sculpted the baby doll.
I was thinking that the Living doll light might be better then the beige although it could be hard to get the colouring right afterwords
The way she paints hair on her dolls is excellent

and yes Debs Ive been mentoring her as such just a tad online... I just despise that ss clay so bad those moonies are enough to make me want to ...... but ive got a tad of white for her to mix threw her clay so that will help. it takes about 10 gm of white mixed threw a 456 bar of that B to take it back to L.D light. just a mission to mix it really totally toughly tho.

That paint I just bought, the Genesis clay match in "super sculpey"..well I was hoping that would cover moonies if they weren't too bad. Said it would cover a stray hair or dirty marks etc. I will trial it very soon on fluff and moonies and let you know how it performs.

Fantail...I thought I saw you had won "best doll in category" AND "Doll of the Show"....was that right?

The beauty who won 'Best in creative section' was the beautiful cloth fairy by Barbara Kurtak





Ooh and Aaaah over those wings and clothes and the embroidery
I think she entered in to the Creative Embellishments section

I guess because she came together in the last day and didn't live up to my expectation. because she is a little wild and the runner up and creative winner was absolute perfection

Unfortunately I don't remember who the beast was made by and its not printed in the book

Oh yes please Anubis, photos of your belly dancer pixie would be VERY COOL, aaaand your work is equally as good as any of these, so you should consider entering comps.

I'm sure you could wipe the floor with us all you talented lady Besides you will enter in another difficulty level since its your first but if they love your entry enough you can still win the show
