Hiya everyone.. ;D Welcome to the forum Trickiwoo.. hope you get a chance to call in for a chat.. ;D I can't believe its February already, I hope the rest of the year doesn't go so fast.. Been flat out here still.. next week schools back... aw I'll miss the kids, no really.. I will.. but secretly I'll be doing a dance... Sculpting time has been scarce but I did fill out the body on the Auck piece I've started (:* Blue).. and I do have a sketchy idea for the Hamilton show now, just needs some more thought then I can start.. I've been through 2 boxes so far Jules.. 3 more to go.. that pattern IS in one of them.. Can't wait to see the corpse bride pieces finished as well.. Have you started your entry for Hamilton yet?

I'm in awe of the cane artists.. BLLs our magic cane creator.. I thought she'd love that link. Luckily she had me make a face cane as my 2nd project *eeeek.. at least I learnt early on that cane making was NOT my thing.. LOL.. never again.
The knitting I could handle.. that's really cool.

hmmm I might give the clay basket a go. I make hand woven Moses baskets for my snuggle babes, but OMG it takes FOREVER and uses a lot of wire and twine. Will post a pic if I give it a go

I'm in awe of the cane artists.. BLLs our magic cane creator.. I thought she'd love that link. Indeed I do! but "without a pasta machine" *faint* why would you? see how the heart has all those angles and pointy bits on it? So easily avoided by wrapping the heart shape with a thin layer of the light clay before packing the rest around it. You can roll a sheet to do this without a pasta machine (baking paper and rolling pin) but again I say ... Why Would You??
