Hi Donna. Quiet on the house front over the break. Open homes start again on Sunday. Got myself a bike so we have been taking the kids out for rides every day between cleaning.

Hey Bll, great to hear from you. All the best with the open homes coming up. A bike... what fun, and a great way to spend time with the kids, keep fit and see the sights..
Work is under way on my piece for Hamilton.
I made some Xmas gifts to show you..
(edited to add) but I'm having trouble with photo sizing atm.. so huge that the cotton thread on the table looks like rope.. lmho..

With much difficulty I have put up the photos of the Xmas pressies on Donna's updates.. you'll have to see the rest there as I'm finding it difficult to deal with... LOL Once again I apologise for my shocking photography skills and for being technologically challenged.. ;D

Haha.. did you now.. I know the choc log is out of scale to the Xmas cake and pav btw.. hehehe. I made it while I watched TV, and noticed after I'd finished them all.. ah well never mind. It was fun, made a nice change from the challenges of figure sculpting.

Hey everyone That was a busy month with my little man turning 5 and starting school But managed to get past it and sorted out my sculpting area with a lot of storage on the wall - I'll take a pic once it's finished
Now my thoughts are back to sculpting. I really really want to get lots of creations done this year, instead of the usual 1-2 pieces. So Feb will see the start of several pieces including some fun smaller bits for the Armageddon shows (doing Hamilton and Auckland this year)
So really looking forward to seeing some work from everyone else too - maybe we could get on to that spoon challenge?
Anyway - I am in the middle of a big stock stake for Dollworld today. Working out what needs to be ordered, so if there is anything doll/sculpting related that you cant find in NZ at the moment let me know and I will add it to my list of things to order in
Talk soon and big hugs to everyone J

I hope I can do a few more sculpts this year too but can't sculpt at the moment as I need to finish a teddy for a friend's baby
Looking forward to all the figures you are going to sculpt Jules and the pic of your wall
I wish the Sculpey company would bring back their Studio gloss and satin paints cause they are bake-able and were quite nice for sealing things that you might need to bake again, also still looking out for Opaque white Cernit, can't think of anything else at the moment
