thanks fantail! yip, Ludo went well, had a few people wanting me to make another Ludo since auction end. Almost finished the third I think that'll be it for Ludo coz hes not fun to make anymore  Its got to stay fun a?  Ive just put those green eyes in a tiny elf head and hes cooking now. Ill post a pic when he is out ;D ;D |

Oh yea, I dont have a heat gun either so I missed that step hehe A cheap place to get the Fimo gell is staedler, its in the phone book under wholesale stationary. just phone them up and tell them you will make a cash sale. Normally the stuff sells for round $20 a bottle but I got it for $7. maybe if all the girls order together itll be worthwhile. The outlet is in Mairangi bay for memory. I wouldnt be able to pick it up as I dont drive  Just an idea  |

Now thats interesting I dont drive either  . I have been looking at that tut for the last few weeks hoping that someone would give it ago. If I every get to play with clay again will try. I have more dragons and another unicorn to make. |

I dont drive but I live 5min walk away from a mall and lots of shops and coffeeshops hehe I do get distracted, if not having coffee, coffee and more coffee its my lil kiddies LOL I sculpt at night (thats what all that coffees for!)

WOW, wonderful job Lindi. Where do you get the irises? Tails, if you can chase some fimo gel up around here would you get me one too, or share a bottle? I expect it'll last forever with the few eyes we make. I bought a special heatgun from the US but can't use it as the transformers are so expensive, so I'll have to send it back ;-(

brilliant! I hadnt even checked jigsaw I mean zigzag hehe I just had this staedler address for ages. I got the irises from the tutorial thread in ODA. I just saved the image in my pictures and resized them on photoshop.

Thanks for looking that up Kimmie. Unfortunately no, it needs to make 110-115V out of our 240V, a transformer would do that but it needs to be able to supply 1000W as well, and that turned out to be expensive... |
