that snotty little goblin still has my hammer. i have searched and searched for its gotta be a couple weeks now. its one of those mini hammers that the handle unscrews and has screwdriver attachments in the end. ( i have no idea why) but it is brass and just enough weight for small projects and oh so handy when one can get its hands on it. it was like $2 shop item ...........i bet i will find it when i buy a replacement. it will probably be in a drawer that ive already checked threw like 20 times lmao
glad you found your leads and furs tho at least some of us are organized....lmao.
ended up baking the iddys last night. so now can give them better details and have a good tidy up with them. really enjoying them tho but gives me more of an appreciation for mini miniaturists. I just couldn't do this scale all the time it would blow out my eyeballs for sure. But next time i will sculpt over wire as ive squished things soooooooooooooooooooo many times its just not funny.
bbl........ got missions to do....... then i shall be looking for more trouble GRIN

Yay for the iddies.. can't wait to see...
Love the bjd's too, cool cat.
I don't want to show you the b h 's yet, coz when I took a photo I could see a lot of bumps on the T'shirt even tho I had sanded it... so I need to acetone it I think. Note to self... pleeeease don't use premo for clothing EVER again...
Back soon, been trawling the net... desperately needing coffee... ;D

Ohhhhhh now i want that bjd kitty it is soooo so cute i bet its neat as anything to play with. wow my *I WANT* doll list is now longer than santas christmas good kid list. Please dont worry Donna , post away with pics. I can see so many oopsies on my own iddys on the photos i cant even see with my real eyes..RARRR but to heck with it i post away anyhow and so should you so we can oogle and arggle over your cool as bobble heads GRIN anyhowz. pic are of new ( but very ruff) iddy mini tools they are super handy things to have . made from nappy pins .. smashed, ground and cleaned set in waste clay bobbin like handles. they would have been better if i had set them a bit deeper in the clay as they sort of bend a little and later on will crack the clay threw id say. but for now they will do to finish up the iddy detailing. i just hope the detailing comes out in the resin. sort of pointed rice shape and rounded flat spoon shape ish well,, been out, done chores, couldn't find what i was looking for couldn't even find a new mini hammer to buy as replacement till THAT goblin returns mine. bbl with coffee be very bad you lot Attachments:

Okay I didn't use acetone...yet...I've run out... so you don't have to hear me say "I'VE RUINED THEM".. but I will sand and paint them when I finish the heads.. Wip bodies, so far.. btw I don't think its cameras at fault, I think its ME, these ones are stubby, they aren't as stubby as this in RL...

WOW Donna they look fantastic, GREAT JOB Those are very tiny tools so cool I'll have to give it a try next month HeHe I'm making a kitty buddy for Blue's BJD girl I'll have to order new joints and eyes as don't have the right size I'm afraid I think this is half too big for miniature bears but much smaller than I've done before with a longer pile fur when I've finished the head I'm sewing now I'll try to get some photos but I think I will choose the third head/ fur choice and just remake slightly smaller

LMAO Im not sure if any of the eye blanks in the photo would be of any use to you tails but i do have half a thousand different sizes they on wire yadda and just get painted from the rear. i can send some over no probs just yell. or how about some pimped up nailheads lord knows i have 5 billion of those to...........lmao and hmmmm pom pom cat a only if you give it beaded knees. SNORT. and a highly articulated tail preferably in 27 different parts. kidding. in the photo is a weird looking plastic mannequin head. $5 from toyworld its a bratz doll wig mannequin but......... am going to cut and pimp the head shapes to fit my bjd and use them as hat blocks. just a firm layer of fiberfill and fabric should do the trick ? stuffed very tight so i can get pins into ? hmmm plastic craniotomy coming right up. still loving the bobble bodys........... the boys are cute Attachments:

LOL LOL Neat mannequin head... I love mannequins I have quite a collection. I nearly bought a barbie from countdown once- only because she was ball-jointed, Jesse was there and talked me out of it. He said I was 'sad' (as in embarrassing/humiliating/whatever they say it for) LOL. Looking forward to tiny kitty Fantail... ;D Thank you two for your nice comments, thanks for being so encouraging.. Gotta go get the kid... bbl (stealing Blues phrase here)

You won’t have to make your dolly stand Blue I just want to get it right proportionally cause I thought it would look strange if kitty has a bigger head than your doll Hope you like Blue 1st biggest to last smallest and the measurement is inches I added some white behind its eye so you could see it It doesn't look much smaller but the 2nd smallest head is 2/3 of the height of the one next to it The one with the body is the one I'm thinking of making and I will try the same pattern just a bit smaller so you'll have two to choose from What do you think?

Good Morning FLufflies Clone kitty line up is so adorable. I just have to keep looking and looking at them all AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW I cannot believe how fast you have done all of this small as work You really are a sewing maniac GRIN the background fur is wicked it looks so very soft, I want to pat it. I can see why you needed to have this. still gobsmacked lady........ Donna..........yes we are either Sad, dry, Gay,mental, rancid, yadda yadda sometimes we do cool stuff that makes us epic, they make me laff so much. gotta love the teens Back to super small tools. Now last night was working on the new mini tools with the iddys and wow what a breeze it was so am recommending the correct scale tools for the right scale work in the past ive used darning needles and pins etc and all things mini but they are not a scratch on these two new iddy tools. i cannot express enough how much easier the work is and ability to put correct detailing in. safety pin tools seam 1/8 the size of a typical wax carver. the wax carvers seam 1/3 the size of a standard sculpting tool. hello to Bll, Anubis, Lindy , guests have a wonderful day.

;D Good morning all. Little kittys are very gorgeous Fantail, they look all soft and cute. They look a lot like my Levi.. That fur you bought is sumptuous, very realistic looking. I'll have to get onto making the wee tools too, or hinting loudly for someone here to do it.. we're quite busy around home trying to finish building projects and painting at the moment... but still finding time to work on my PC projects in between. Looking forward to having much more time once the work is finished.. I'm hoping to get to the head bases at least... the features will be another challenge, actually their hair will probably be the hardest LOL.... but I'm confident it will go well.... Blue I've been looking at other boxes and tubes... they are referred to as papier mache or paper mache, more variety in styles and not expensive... still checking them out for you...

Its a lot of work in the house well done tho it will feel so fresh and new when completed WELL DONE. It will look so spanky soon as. my brain is just about boxed out to be honest i feel like ive looked and trolled boxes and tubes from one end of google to the other. the carpet rolls a no go the cardboard is pressed recycle and you cannot cut a clean edge with it...... Im actually considering this template it looks relativity easy to cut and put together, less complicated than most and has the ends sorted. just push in and tape etc. maybe.. dunno- says the woman who fails to cut a clean 5 mm iris. just dunno tho just dunno..... those p.m boxes are pretty cool tho.hmmmmmm must go troll them to. still loving the kitty lineup.......awwwwwwwwwwwwww and the boys bobble body's..............wicked. are you gonna make a bobble head Mum to finish the clan ? That looks really good, you'd still need fairly thick card though which could make it more challenging, but still could be a solution. My offer still stands too, if you do decide to go with this. I used to work on the paper mache boxes and shapes when I did folk art and they were EVERYWHERE then. The wine boxes and wine tubes would be perfect but its getting the length. I know how you feel about the looking, but 4 eyes are better than 2... Nah I wont make mini-me, I dont know how I look. Its the very minute details in a persons expression that makes portraits realistic and I cant see that in myself... nor do I want to look at myself that closely LOL.. Mike wrapped up his mini-me last night, hes taking it to show his friend after work... ;D See... I knew he really did like it... It makes it worthwhile when they are all so keen on what I'm doing...

awwwww thats so cool. i bet hes chuffed as anything about his little buddy. you did such an amazing job with him thats for sure.
thanks for the help with the boxes / tubes etc. there will be a simple solution out there.....i just know it. just a matter of tapping into it. RAR
I made a couple other super iddy mini tool ends and your very welcome to them. they are the same shape as the ones in the pic. bit ruff but would do just to give you an idea of what your playing with.
im so bored today................ drone brain cannot be bothered !
fink i need a kick ! or maybe someone can wind up the big key in my back and get me cracking again please......
